Cancellation Policy

To ensure a powerful and seamless experience for every engagement, please review the following booking guidelines: ✦ Speaking Engagements • A minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is required for all bookings. • Speaking requests are subject to alignment with Melissa’s mission and schedule. • Melissa does not participate in unpaid speaking engagements unless they directly support a mission-aligned cause or initiative. ✦ Deposits & Payment • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the event. • Payment is accepted via ACH, wire transfer, or secured online invoice. ✦ Travel & Accommodations • For in-person engagements outside the Milwaukee area, the client is responsible for: • Roundtrip airfare (business class for flights over 2 hours) • Ground transportation • Hotel accommodations (4-star minimum) ✦ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable. • Rescheduling may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability. ✦ Recording & Media Use • Any audio, video, or livestream recording of Melissa’s speaking must be approved in writing prior to the event. • Proper attribution is required for any published use of her content or likeness. ⸻ We believe in mutual respect and shared excellence.
